Questions
What happens after the trial?
Basecellar asks you to subscribe. If you do not, new backups pause; the copies already in your Google Drive stay there and you can still restore from them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from the billing page. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a refund?
Yes: a full refund within 14 days of any payment. See the refund policy.
What is not backed up?
Automations, interfaces, views, comments and Airtable's revision history are not part of the copy.
