Basecellar

Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Who we are

Basecellar is provided by Lucjan Bator, an individual based in Poland, Błażowa Górna 314, 36-030 Błażowa. Contact: contact@basecellar.com.

2. The service

Basecellar makes automatic backups of the Airtable bases you choose and saves them to a folder in your own Google Drive. It can put field values from a kept copy back into your base after you review and confirm the changes.

Basecellar backs up records, table structure and attachments. It does not back up automations, interfaces, views, comments or Airtable's revision history.

To use Basecellar you need an Airtable account, a Google account with Google Drive, an internet connection and a current web browser.

3. Your account and access

You sign in with Airtable and decide on Airtable's own consent screen which bases Basecellar may read. Changing records requires a separate permission that Basecellar asks for only when you first restore. You can revoke access at any time in your Airtable and Google account settings.

4. Free trial, subscription and price

New accounts get a free trial of 14 days without a payment card. After the trial, Basecellar costs $10 per month (plus VAT where it applies), billed monthly in advance and renewed automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Without an active plan, new backups pause; copies already in your Google Drive stay there and you can still restore from them.

5. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and refund processing; product support is provided by us. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, as described in our refund policy.

7. Your data

Your data stays yours. Backups are written to your own Google Drive, and we use your data only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Basecellar for unlawful purposes, to store unlawful content, to break the terms of Airtable or Google, or in a way that disrupts the service or other users.

9. Availability and responsibility

Backups run every night and may be postponed, for example to stay within Airtable's API limits or while a connection needs your attention; we tell you by e-mail when action is needed. We work to keep Basecellar reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Check your backups from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event; this does not limit any rights that consumer law gives you and cannot be excluded.

10. Complaints

Send complaints about the service to contact@basecellar.com, describing the problem. We reply within 14 days.

11. Ending the service

You can stop using Basecellar at any time: cancel your plan and revoke access in Airtable and Google, or ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after telling you why.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. We will e-mail you at least 14 days before changes that affect you take effect.

13. Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
